This project generally consists of but not limited to: All materials and labor necessary to install interior renovations of the existing facility including construction of new shop room with second floor expansion, new stair, additional bathroom and all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system modifications and improvements as depicted in the provided Project Manual and Drawings for the ITH Engineering facility located at 5000 Prime Parkway, McHenry, Illinois, 60050 owned and operated by ITH Engineering.
