The Owner will receive sealed bids for the renovation of an existing parking lot and other site improvements . The Work will include: Select demolition, site concrete, asphalt, striping, landscaping, new storage shed, fencing, flag pole, minor lighting and power connections, painting and restoration of structural steel and excavation. Work will also include minor modifications to the existing turf irrigation system.
